I am a professional chef with experience in multiple 2-Star & 3-Star Michelin rated restaurants while working under such chefs as: Chef Masa Takayama & Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten in NYC, Chef Daniel Boulud in Palm Beach, and Chef Michael Schwartz in Miami. I specialize in French, Japanese, Italian, and American Farm-to-Table cuisines. I am experienced in instructing both group & private cooking classes, sushi-rolling and dumpling-making tutorials. I am also well versed in private, residential cheffing and high-volume event catering.

I can provide catering services at venues throughout southwest Florida, whether it be an intimate dinner party or high-volume event. Full-service catering is available including plates, utensils, glassware, tables/chairs, linens, and tent rentals if needed. Plated & buffet-style menu options are available as well as bar service. I also have established excellent relationships with local vendors including florists & pastry/cake-makers and can also assist with lighting & music if needed.

We offer a 3-course, in-home dining experience for $150 per person. This includes an appetizer, main entrée, and dessert. For parties of 5 or more, there is an additional charge for a culinary/server assistant.
There is also an additional 15% event fee added to every invoice. We do not charge a setup, breakdown, or cleaning fee like most catering companies. Our event fee also covers the cost of most additional expenses including gas, tolls or any other minor incidentals that may occur.
All of our menus are custom and specifically designed based upon the client's preferences. However, we do have a variety of plating examples on our website and would be happy to recreate a dish if requested.
I have a small Italian café in north Naples where all food will be prepped in advance. On the day of the event, I will arrive at the agreed upon time and complete the cooking of the meal in-home. For parties of 5 or more people, I will bring an assistant to help with the plating and serving of the meal. Everything will be cleaned up and put away before we depart for the evening.
Yes!!! We are happy to provide service during your stay as long as there is access to a kitchen. We can provide all of the necessary pots & pans for the event as long as we are notified in advance. Table settings such as plates, glassware, and linens are available at an additional cost, please make sure to let us know if these will also be needed.
